Canceled my order for no reason I placed an order on the 1st of January. I was extremely excited because this distributor came highly recommended to me by a friend. After about a week of not hearing anything I reached out and someone got back to me and said my order was likely ship the week after. Fast forward to the week after that and it never shipped. Today I checked my account to see the status and Kole imports canceled my order entirely without any reason given! I can’t seem to get an answer from anybody and I’m extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my products. I’d really appreciate it if somebody could reach out and rectify this issue.

If you are a low quantity buyer If you are a low quantity buyer, they do not care about you. No support for start ups. No communication, they don't even answer basic emails.they don't have solution providing approach. They hate questions regarding products, packing, shipping. They want you to pay and put up with what you receive.

Buyer beware I received my 4th order 2 weeks ago. I found that 2 of the meal bird feeders I ordered were un-sellable. One had the entire base and perches missing and one had the base broken away from the unit. I have reached out to Kole, both by email and direct phone call. I've yet to receive an answer on returning the product for replcement or compensation. This will probably be my final order with them unless they make some attempt to rectify the problem. Buyer beware!
