executive Saarinen arm chairs I purchased 6 executive Saarinen armchairs with wooden legs in woven Chome merit fabric and they are beautiful! But better than they look is how comfortable they are. Honestly I am so impressed with these chairs and they so smart in my dining room. The company was great to deal with and helped me with my ordering questions ( fabric durability) and they also trouble shooted delivery issues when my delivery was to arrive and I was out of the county. They were so responsive and easy to deal with. All my chairs arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I really can’t say enough. I will be looking at purchasing other items from this website based on furniture quality and customer service.

Not customer oriented at all This company is a true shame...I see why so many low reviews have been recorded. The furniture seems nice enough but customer service is horrible. There is no number that you can call to speak to someone and ask questions to so instead you are reliant on email. The email might sit for a week or better before getting a response and don't expect anything elaborate. The customer service rep will also likely respond at the end of the day right before leaving so if you have further questions, you're stuck until the next time that they feel like answering. It's a true shame of a company overall. Timber samples are unable to be provided as well for most items which really isn't helpful when you're trying to match furniture pieces and wood shades. Overall, the company seems to prioritize doing truly the bare minimum that needs to be done rather than keeping customer satisfaction as the priority. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. You can find a lot of pieces which are just as nice elsewhere and along with nice furniture, you can also find people who have a genuine interest in helping and providing high quality care for their customers. Eternity Modern is definitely not the place for that.

The perfect chair! I purchased a chair and footstool and I love it! The quality is amazing and the style is perfect. It's modern and the leather is soft and supple. Customer service with this company is great too. I was informed when my item had shipped and got updates on a regular basis. Delivery was on time and my chair arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this chair and this company!

NOT leather/biased website review process 1. EM Management highback chair is NOT genuine leather - THIS WAS NOT rectified. The fabric is PVC or polyurethane, no matter what they say in their reply below. It is paper-thin, has a white backing (typical of polyurethane) and tears easily at stitching that joins various pieces. 2. No response from the company after many attempts to communicate to honour a coupon - this was rectified. 3. They did not post my review on their website - probably because it was deservingly negative. Also, there's no way to do a Google review.

This is so funny This is so funny, it's either spam reviews of 5/5 or real reviews of 1/5, nothing in the middle. I am not going to buy this scam knock-off crap and get ransomed for return shipping and "re-stocking." No EM, I am not going to take down my completely authentic review. Rather than trying to censor me, why not explain why all your reviews are either 1 or 5 and nothing in between? I have received no other communications other than TP notifying me of your response.
