Terrible customer service I have never experienced such poor customer service. We ordered 3 items in November and despite the products being in stock we have yet to receive our order 3 months later. Once we started questioning the timing we got tracking numbers, but nothing has happened in 2 months. One of the items has a UPS tracking number, but we cannot get any information on why UPS hasn't picked up the package or what is causing the delay on the other 2 items being shipped via a carrier company. The customer service rep said 15 days ago that they would contact the carrier company but they have failed to give any information whatsoever. I tried calling today but I was ever more frustrated after that call.. Don't order from this website, it is not worth it!

Worst customer experience ever Worst customer experience ever. I ordered the Mario Bellini couch on September 10 with a 5-7 day delivery. A month later it still hasn’t arrived. I paid for white glove delivery but they only deliver one day per week. Additionally, when selecting a delivery date I was prompted with a message stating that there was an outstanding balance preventing the delivery because Eternity modern didn’t pay the delivery company. I still don’t have a delivery date or an update from the company. STAY AWAY!

We got the EM Sky Bed last summer and… We got the EM Sky Bed last summer and we love it! Their packaging and shipping service was very impressive. we didn’t need to get any service after, everything was a smooth process. Since we had a good experience with eternity modern. We didn’t hesitate to get our family room arm chars from them. I was little worried about the leather condition of the chairs but they came great. you can also ask for swatches but I just wanted it fast so I ordered and got it perfectly! We love the two furnitures(bed n arm chairs) quality and service!
