Low quality veneer.... EM doesn't stand by their products We ordered the Piper Fluted Natural Wood Round Dining Table. After only six weeks the veneer on the edges and all around the underside was chipping, peeling, and bubbling. The response from EM was that the veneer isn't covered by the warantee, keep it out of direct sunlight, the table still functions as a table, and offered to send a new top for a significant shipping charge. This table is hardly worth the price EM is charging for the low quality and poor customer service.

Quality was overall excellent Quality was overall excellent. We were nervous to purchase upscale chairs without ever getting to experience the quality in a showroom, but we are very pleased. Everything arrived on time and it's been a top notch experience. The price was not cheap but still an excellent value for the product.

Worst customer experience ever Worst customer experience ever. I ordered the Mario Bellini couch on September 10 with a 5-7 day delivery. A month later it still hasn’t arrived. I paid for white glove delivery but they only deliver one day per week. Additionally, when selecting a delivery date I was prompted with a message stating that there was an outstanding balance preventing the delivery because Eternity modern didn’t pay the delivery company. I still don’t have a delivery date or an update from the company. STAY AWAY!

I bought an office chair from EM last… I bought an office chair from EM last week, the product arrived damaged in the box, informed them right after opening, horrible customer service and low quality made product. Frustrating and disappointing 👎👎 After a week I am still waiting, no after sales services folks.

This is so funny This is so funny, it's either spam reviews of 5/5 or real reviews of 1/5, nothing in the middle. I am not going to buy this scam knock-off crap and get ransomed for return shipping and "re-stocking." No EM, I am not going to take down my completely authentic review. Rather than trying to censor me, why not explain why all your reviews are either 1 or 5 and nothing in between? I have received no other communications other than TP notifying me of your response. Is your review fake, as well?
