GBTerrible customer service I have never experienced such poor customer service. We ordered 3 items in November and despite the products being in stock we have yet to receive our order 3 months later. Once we started questioning the timing we got tracking numbers, but nothing has happened in 2 months. One of the items has a UPS tracking number, but we cannot get any information on why UPS hasn't picked up the package or what is causing the delay on the other 2 items being shipped via a carrier company. The customer service rep said 15 days ago that they would contact the carrier company but they have failed to give any information whatsoever. I tried calling today but I was ever more frustrated after that call.. Don't order from this website, it is not worth it!

GBLow quality veneer.... EM doesn't stand by their products We ordered the Piper Fluted Natural Wood Round Dining Table. After only six weeks the veneer on the edges and all around the underside was chipping, peeling, and bubbling. The response from EM was that the veneer isn't covered by the warantee, keep it out of direct sunlight, the table still functions as a table, and offered to send a new top for a significant shipping charge. This table is hardly worth the price EM is charging for the low quality and poor customer service.

GB100% Quality and Luxury - LOVE!! 100% Quality, and EXACT Match to the CM Chair delivered today in “Boucle Wool - Yellow”. Absolutely, 100% perfection. Top quality fabric and build, every curve and measurement exact match to the “Womb Chair” original. I was frustrated at first because shipping and tracking was not what I expected, then I found out why this was such, as I have never seen a delivery from anywhere packaged so well. Could not be happier. Thank you!!

GBCompletely unreliable delivery Completely unreliable delivery. It took over 5 months to deliver and the customer service was horrendous. They barely communicate, don't show up when they say they will, and extremely hard to communicate with. They claim that want to help, ask for delivery code, say that they will bring it up to leadership, but no one ever replies back

GBNot customer oriented at all This company is a true shame...I see why so many low reviews have been recorded. The furniture seems nice enough but customer service is horrible. There is no number that you can call to speak to someone and ask questions to so instead you are reliant on email. The email might sit for a week or better before getting a response and don't expect anything elaborate. The customer service rep will also likely respond at the end of the day right before leaving so if you have further questions, you're stuck until the next time that they feel like answering. It's a true shame of a company overall. Timber samples are unable to be provided as well for most items which really isn't helpful when you're trying to match furniture pieces and wood shades. Overall, the company seems to prioritize doing truly the bare minimum that needs to be done rather than keeping customer satisfaction as the priority. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. You can find a lot of pieces which are just as nice elsewhere and along with nice furniture, you can also find people who have a genuine interest in helping and providing high quality care for their customers. Eternity Modern is definitely not the place for that.
