I am not going to buy this scam knock-off crap and get ransomed for return shipping and "re-stocking." No EM, I am not going to take down my completely authentic review. Rather than trying to censor me, why not explain why all your reviews are either 1 or 5 and nothing in between? I have received no other communications other than TP notifying me of your response. Is your review fake, as well?

Worst customer experience ever Worst customer experience ever. I ordered the Mario Bellini couch on September 10 with a 5-7 day delivery. A month later it still hasn’t arrived. I paid for white glove delivery but they only deliver one day per week. Additionally, when selecting a delivery date I was prompted with a message stating that there was an outstanding balance preventing the delivery because Eternity modern didn’t pay the delivery company. I still don’t have a delivery date or an update from the company. STAY AWAY!

NOT leather/biased website review process 1. EM Management highback chair is NOT genuine leather - THIS WAS NOT rectified. The fabric is PVC or polyurethane, no matter what they say in their reply below. It is paper-thin, has a white backing (typical of polyurethane) and tears easily at stitching that joins various pieces. 2. No response from the company after many attempts to communicate to honour a coupon - this was rectified. 3. They did not post my review on their website - probably because it was deservingly negative. Also, there's no way to do a Google review.

Customer service was amazing with my… Customer service was amazing with my million questions. The design and structure of the Sorianna three seater sofa is very nice quality and sturdy! I’d deff recommend the white glove service with your delivery because it’s extremely heavy. I will be ordering a lot more products very soon and can’t wait to actually use my sofa after home renovations
