The perfect chair! I purchased a chair and footstool and I love it! The quality is amazing and the style is perfect. It's modern and the leather is soft and supple. Customer service with this company is great too. I was informed when my item had shipped and got updates on a regular basis. Delivery was on time and my chair arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this chair and this company!

100% Quality and Luxury - LOVE!! 100% Quality, and EXACT Match to the CM Chair delivered today in “Boucle Wool - Yellow”. Absolutely, 100% perfection. Top quality fabric and build, every curve and measurement exact match to the “Womb Chair” original. I was frustrated at first because shipping and tracking was not what I expected, then I found out why this was such, as I have never seen a delivery from anywhere packaged so well. Could not be happier. Thank you!!

Worst customer experience ever Worst customer experience ever. I ordered the Mario Bellini couch on September 10 with a 5-7 day delivery. A month later it still hasn’t arrived. I paid for white glove delivery but they only deliver one day per week. Additionally, when selecting a delivery date I was prompted with a message stating that there was an outstanding balance preventing the delivery because Eternity modern didn’t pay the delivery company. I still don’t have a delivery date or an update from the company. STAY AWAY!

Customer service was amazing with my… Customer service was amazing with my million questions. The design and structure of the Sorianna three seater sofa is very nice quality and sturdy! I’d deff recommend the white glove service with your delivery because it’s extremely heavy. I will be ordering a lot more products very soon and can’t wait to actually use my sofa after home renovations

So happy with my experience Amazing experience with Eternity Modern. The product is exquisite. Lead time was pretty much exactly what was predicted at the time of purchase. Plus absolutely seamless delivery—the table was packaged SO carefully (even the delivery men were commenting how securely it was packaged). Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
