GBTerrible customer service I have never experienced such poor customer service. We ordered 3 items in November and despite the products being in stock we have yet to receive our order 3 months later. Once we started questioning the timing we got tracking numbers, but nothing has happened in 2 months. One of the items has a UPS tracking number, but we cannot get any information on why UPS hasn't picked up the package or what is causing the delay on the other 2 items being shipped via a carrier company. The customer service rep said 15 days ago that they would contact the carrier company but they have failed to give any information whatsoever. I tried calling today but I was ever more frustrated after that call.. Don't order from this website, it is not worth it!

GBCustomer service was amazing with my… Customer service was amazing with my million questions. The design and structure of the Sorianna three seater sofa is very nice quality and sturdy! I’d deff recommend the white glove service with your delivery because it’s extremely heavy. I will be ordering a lot more products very soon and can’t wait to actually use my sofa after home renovations

GBSo happy with my experience Amazing experience with Eternity Modern. The product is exquisite. Lead time was pretty much exactly what was predicted at the time of purchase. Plus absolutely seamless delivery—the table was packaged SO carefully (even the delivery men were commenting how securely it was packaged). Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

CANOT leather/biased website review process 1. EM Management highback chair is NOT genuine leather - THIS WAS NOT rectified. The fabric is PVC or polyurethane, no matter what they say in their reply below. It is paper-thin, has a white backing (typical of polyurethane) and tears easily at stitching that joins various pieces. 2. No response from the company after many attempts to communicate to honour a coupon - this was rectified. 3. They did not post my review on their website - probably because it was deservingly negative. Also, there's no way to do a Google review.
