GBA Ruse to Get Your Money As others have reported, I was told I'd be charged $1, which would be refundable, and then was charged $46 and notified that that charge was monthly. I canceled my bogus membership (I hope) and my husband is disputing the $46 charge, which was on his credit card. Their website came up when I did a search on contact info for the three credit bureaus. I haven't checked the info the rep gave me for the credit bureaus yet; it might actually be good info. But charging people without their permission is completely dishonest. I also reported my experience to the FTC.

NZHelp with Sky Box The technician was patient and polite. I had a problem with what I now know is the connection between my Sky Box and television. I have no idea why this became a problem as I do not touch the equipment or cords, but it happened. I was unable to follow the initial instructions as my Sky Box did not have the button identified by the technician to push. When then asked for the model number, I had to move the equipment and, all of a sudden, "normal service resumed". I'm baffled, needless to say! I tried all the usual things first before seeking help (turning everything off at the mains, pressing reset etc). But if this review helps others, then that's all to the good!

GBDon’t know if I’ve been scammed This lady knew her stuff. Was smart and patient and got it done. The thing is, when I went to look at the balance on my account, I was not allowed to open it, and attempts brought me to chat, and that person couldn’t break the code for ‘update password’ so after an hour I decided to close my account. The expert told me he’d forwarded my request, and I’d get confirmation email in two hours. It’s the next day and no email and no offer of refund for the hassle of dealing with askcrew own internal systems. The first expert that solved my email problem wad cool though.

AUOvercharging Told me that they would charge me $1.00, fully refundable. No refund. Then a charge of Au$69.00 appeared. I was not informed of this charge. Then an international transaction fee of $2.34. A month later another charge of $2.34. On top of all that, they could not solve my problem. How many times am I going to be charged? Feels like sneaky practices.

GBThe person answered my question in a… The person answered my question in a timely manner. l HOWEVER, I think it is a ripoff, charging $46 just to have one(1) question answered. In answer to another email I received, I answered by cancelling my membership immediately, and if you haven't gotten the message from that email, I am again cancelling any membership I have for Ask-Crew. Isn't that called bait and switch???????? Poor business practices, if you ask me!!!!
