HP Printer Issue. Rachael was my technician. She assisted me in getting my new HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 printer properly connected to my laptop computer. She was very professional, asked questions along the way, and very knowledgeable along with doing an excellent job and accomplished what I needed. Thank you very much Rachael!!!

Elijah was so patient in helping me get through a very detailed problem. I couldn’t believe it. I just couldn’t even foresee that anyone was going to be able to help me. Elijah took the time to look up what I needed to be able to resolve this very detailed problem with the Lyncs Rideshare. If I didn’t get it resolved quickly, then I wouldn’t be able to get a ride and that was crucial. He was so very patient with me which at this time was critical since I was dealing with the death of my mother, he was nothing short of amazing I can’t thank him enough, he was wonderful and did it in such a short amount of time I couldn’t even believe it. Easy to deal with and very polite but for a price… Read the print, while they did help, you are signing up to a 46 dollar subscription, had I known this I would have found my resolution elsewhere.
