GBHad a ten minute talk with Crew staff… Had a ten minute talk with Crew staff issue finally resolved then was cut off. Immediately was charged $46. Called back and was told they wouldn’t refund full amount but would credit half. Nice racket they have going on.

GBHP Printer Issue. Rachael was my technician. She assisted me in getting my new HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 printer properly connected to my laptop computer.
