GBThe person answered my question in a… The person answered my question in a timely manner. l HOWEVER, I think it is a ripoff, charging $46 just to have one(1) question answered. In answer to another email I received, I answered by cancelling my membership immediately, and if you haven't gotten the message from that email, I am again cancelling any membership I have for Ask-Crew. Isn't that called bait and switch???????? Poor business practices, if you ask me!!!!

GBA Ruse to Get Your Money As others have reported, I was told I'd be charged $1, which would be refundable, and then was charged $46 and notified that that charge was monthly. I canceled my bogus membership (I hope) and my husband is disputing the $46 charge, which was on his credit card. Their website came up when I did a search on contact info for the three credit bureaus. I haven't checked the info the rep gave me for the credit bureaus yet; it might actually be good info. But charging people without their permission is completely dishonest. I also reported my experience to the FTC.

CAWaste of time & money Unfortunately, contacting ask crew was a waste of time for me. I was re-directed to Ask Crew from a link related to Canadapost, but they said that they are not familiar with Canadapost services, and that i should contact Canadapost directlly by phone, which i did already. So no help was provided. But they withdrawed money from my account. NOTE: $69 were refunded (subscription fee for subscriprion, that i never subscribed)

GBEasy to deal with and very polite but for a price… Read the print, while they did help, you are signing up to a 46 dollar subscription, had I known this I would have found my resolution elsewhere.
