If I didn’t get it resolved quickly, then I wouldn’t be able to get a ride and that was crucial. He was so very patient with me which at this time was critical since I was dealing with the death of my mother, he was nothing short of amazing I can’t thank him enough, he was wonderful and did it in such a short amount of time I couldn’t even believe it. Overcharging Told me that they would charge me $1.00, fully refundable. No refund. Then a charge of Au$69.00 appeared. I was not informed of this charge. Then an international transaction fee of $2.34. A month later another charge of $2.34. On top of all that, they could not solve my problem. How many times am I going to be charged? Feels like sneaky practices.
