My Google mobile has been quite a difficult mobile to come to grips with, compared to previous mobile I have used. GBDon’t know if I’ve been scammed This lady knew her stuff. Was smart and patient and got it done. The thing is, when I went to look at the balance on my account, I was not allowed to open it, and attempts brought me to chat, and that person couldn’t break the code for ‘update password’ so after an hour I decided to close my account. The expert told me he’d forwarded my request, and I’d get confirmation email in two hours. It’s the next day and no email and no offer of refund for the hassle of dealing with askcrew own internal systems. The first expert that solved my email problem wad cool though.

GBHad a ten minute talk with Crew staff… Had a ten minute talk with Crew staff issue finally resolved then was cut off. Immediately was charged $46. Called back and was told they wouldn’t refund full amount but would credit half. Nice racket they have going on.
