USHad a ten minute talk with Crew staff… Had a ten minute talk with Crew staff issue finally resolved then was cut off. Immediately was charged $46. Called back and was told they wouldn’t refund full amount but would credit half. Nice racket they have going on.

USHP Printer Issue. Rachael was my technician. She assisted me in getting my new HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 printer properly connected to my laptop computer. She was very professional, asked questions along the way, and very knowledgeable along with doing an excellent job and accomplished what I needed. Thank you very much Rachael!!!

USThe person answered my question in a… The person answered my question in a timely manner. l HOWEVER, I think it is a ripoff, charging $46 just to have one(1) question answered. In answer to another email I received, I answered by cancelling my membership immediately, and if you haven't gotten the message from that email, I am again cancelling any membership I have for Ask-Crew. Isn't that called bait and switch???????? Poor business practices, if you ask me!!!!
