Don’t know if I’ve been scammed This lady knew her stuff. Was smart and patient and got it done. The thing is, when I went to look at the balance on my account, I was not allowed to open it, and attempts brought me to chat, and that person couldn’t break the code for ‘update password’ so after an hour I decided to close my account. The expert told me he’d forwarded my request, and I’d get confirmation email in two hours. It’s the next day and no email and no offer of refund for the hassle of dealing with askcrew own internal systems. The first expert that solved my email problem wad cool though.

Waste of time & money Unfortunately, contacting ask crew was a waste of time for me. I was re-directed to Ask Crew from a link related to Canadapost, but they said that they are not familiar with Canadapost services, and that i should contact Canadapost directlly by phone, which i did already. So no help was provided. But they withdrawed money from my account. NOTE: $69 were refunded (subscription fee for subscriprion, that i never subscribed)

Help with Sky Box The technician was patient and polite. I had a problem with what I now know is the connection between my Sky Box and television. I have no idea why this became a problem as I do not touch the equipment or cords, but it happened. I was unable to follow the initial instructions as my Sky Box did not have the button identified by the technician to push. When then asked for the model number, I had to move the equipment and, all of a sudden, "normal service resumed". I'm baffled, needless to say! I tried all the usual things first before seeking help (turning everything off at the mains, pressing reset etc). But if this review helps others, then that's all to the good!
