HP Printer Issue. Rachael was my technician. She assisted me in getting my new HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 printer properly connected to my laptop computer. Overcharging Told me that they would charge me $1.00, fully refundable. No refund. Then a charge of Au$69.00 appeared. I was not informed of this charge. Then an international transaction fee of $2.34. A month later another charge of $2.34. On top of all that, they could not solve my problem. How many times am I going to be charged? Feels like sneaky practices.
