GBFast, efficient service So far, our experience with Sparklight has been really good. Installation was timely and quick and the technician was professional and friendly. When we asked to have our service moved, again it was timely and quick and the technician was great. Our only dissapointment is the cost of moving the service. It seems a bit high.

GBCorporate is disconnected Corporate is disconnected from the locals. Told me they needed to send someone over to evaluate the install. Local office had already done the install. Someone came out and ran the cable to my modem, told me to call and get it connected. Called Corporate and was told they would come and install the cable in a week. I argued with them that it was already done, but who am I. Finally got a call from local to get my modem hooked up. Overall a bad experience with the initial install.
