The guy who did the installation was… The guy who did the installation was fantastic. But I have a real problem with the prices you charge for the service you provide. I am deeply disturbed regarding your actions of “protest” concerning the grant we won to have broadband capabilities in rural Lake Providence. Your actions are unconscionable and I will hold you accountable for this act of sheer greed. I am sincerely praying that God will get a hold of you and in His mercy bring to a better decision making process. You provide a “service” to your customers. You treat your customers appallingly because of the prices you charge and you do it because you choose to exploit our “smallness” and rural location. That is wrong. You need to do better and make appropriate changes because you can!!! With no real change to your bottom line and you know it. Stop taking advantage of those of us who are not in a position if power.

Sales and installer were very professional. Sales person understood our small church's needs and did a fine job of facilitating them with absolutely no pressure. Installer communicated with me before the appointed installation. The installation went off without a hitch. He was knowledgeable, experienced and answered all questions. All around great experience.

Corporate is disconnected Corporate is disconnected from the locals. Told me they needed to send someone over to evaluate the install. Local office had already done the install. Someone came out and ran the cable to my modem, told me to call and get it connected. Called Corporate and was told they would come and install the cable in a week. I argued with them that it was already done, but who am I. Finally got a call from local to get my modem hooked up. Overall a bad experience with the initial install.
