I was told it would be buried by a subcontractor within a week to 10 days. One month later the cable is still laying on top of the ground.

Fast, efficient service So far, our experience with Sparklight has been really good. Installation was timely and quick and the technician was professional and friendly. When we asked to have our service moved, again it was timely and quick and the technician was great. Our only dissapointment is the cost of moving the service. It seems a bit high.

Continued receiving a ton of promo on my email box and I could not stopped receiving this spam, and after almost 6 months they have finally stopped this. Very slow management of their email protocol from my point of view
