GBCorporate is disconnected Corporate is disconnected from the locals. Told me they needed to send someone over to evaluate the install. Local office had already done the install. Someone came out and ran the cable to my modem, told me to call and get it connected. Called Corporate and was told they would come and install the cable in a week. I argued with them that it was already done, but who am I. Finally got a call from local to get my modem hooked up. Overall a bad experience with the initial install.

GBHunter was wonderful Hunter was wonderful, extremely friendly and respectful. I appreciate that he kept me updated on the install and referred to me for decisions.
