Corporate is disconnected Corporate is disconnected from the locals. Told me they needed to send someone over to evaluate the install. Local office had already done the install. Someone came out and ran the cable to my modem, told me to call and get it connected. Called Corporate and was told they would come and install the cable in a week. I argued with them that it was already done, but who am I. Finally got a call from local to get my modem hooked up. Overall a bad experience with the initial install.

The technician was on time The technician was on time. The technician was open to suggestions about cable routing to facilitate the installation. the project was completed in a timely manner.

Wonderful people to work with Wonderful people to work with, Pete Lara. Polite, knowledgeable and an all around great "people" person. Installation went smoothly and we were set up and going in no time. The installer, I believe his name was Joe (from El Campo) was super helpful. Looking forward to good days ahead. Thank you all.
