Fast, efficient service So far, our experience with Sparklight has been really good. Installation was timely and quick and the technician was professional and friendly. When we asked to have our service moved, again it was timely and quick and the technician was great. Our only dissapointment is the cost of moving the service. It seems a bit high.

Sales and installer were very professional. Sales person understood our small church's needs and did a fine job of facilitating them with absolutely no pressure. Installer communicated with me before the appointed installation. The installation went off without a hitch. He was knowledgeable, experienced and answered all questions. All around great experience.

Excellent service The technician was excellent. He worked on setting up my modem and cables very effectively. He is very polite.

Nice but no access given The tech was nice. He was quick and timely. He cleaned up after himself. However, when I requested the admin login, I was told that couldn’t happen because it was a business modem.

Installation went well and WiFi signal… Installation went well and WiFi signal is good throughout the office. The only issue is the cable from the power pole to the office. I was told it would be buried by a subcontractor within a week to 10 days. One month later the cable is still laying on top of the ground.
