GBNice but no access given The tech was nice. He was quick and timely. He cleaned up after himself. However, when I requested the admin login, I was told that couldn’t happen because it was a business modem.

GBInstallation went well and WiFi signal… Installation went well and WiFi signal is good throughout the office. The only issue is the cable from the power pole to the office. I was told it would be buried by a subcontractor within a week to 10 days. One month later the cable is still laying on top of the ground.

GBMy service isnt as strong as I… My service isnt as strong as I expected. My Wi-Fi signal is weak and pops in and out on some of my components. Then the promise that was told to me was delayed because of the agent just forgot.
