I ordered 3 items and received 1 I ordered 3 items and received 1. I have been emailing customer service for over 2 weeks and the issue still hasn't been resolved. These were meant for a birthday gift but the birthday has come and gone with no resolution. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this online store to anyone.

Do Not buy from this company I requested a refund for a product I received that was damaged upon arrival. The request was submitted in early November 2021. Despite multiple attempts to reach Sage and Sill via email and their online customer service form, I have received no response. This appears to be a fake company running a scam website. Please avoid sending your money to them.

Ordered a £45 product and when it… Ordered a £45 product and when it arrived it was very disappointing. The product is smaller than expected and the materials are really cheap like it’s come straight from a cheap, discount shop or market stall . Really not worth the money charged, and then when I tried to return, realised it had to go back to America which would cost over £20. I would really question the quality and intentions of this company. I feel deceived and very disappointed.

Glowing reviews on site are fake The reviews listed on the site are obviously fake. The same amateur photos are used by multiple reviewers, almost every item has five star reviews, and the reviews themselves make little sense. They were obviously all written by an algorithm/AI or someone who doesn’t speak English well.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I WISH THAT I READ THE REVIEWS 1ST! IF THERE WAS A "0" OR NEGATIVE STAR, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM. VERY BAD FOREIGN CO. Bought an item from them and the electrical light did not work. Could not get a response from company for return information, and no phone number to contact them. Finally returned the item per their instructions and I had to pay for the shipping. This company claimed they never received the returned defective item. I emailed the tracking number and confirmation, still they denied receiving it. Contacted PayPal to dispute the charges. This company lied to PayPal regarding the situation. This company would not give me a refund, so I am out $65 and PayPal won't hold them accountable.
