Bought an item from them and the electrical light did not work. Could not get a response from company for return information, and no phone number to contact them. Finally returned the item per their instructions and I had to pay for the shipping. This company claimed they never received the returned defective item. I emailed the tracking number and confirmation, still they denied receiving it. Contacted PayPal to dispute the charges. This company lied to PayPal regarding the situation. This company would not give me a refund, so I am out $65 and PayPal won't hold them accountable.

Great item. Great service. To the UK! Ordered an item for delivery to the UK that wasn't available anywhere here. Good price, great service, regular email updates and it arrived in one piece (I was worried, as it's glass), Lovely item too. A perfect experience really.

Product did not in anyway resemble the… Product did not in anyway resemble the produce I ordered. I paid to return the item, and was never refunded any money. So it cost me money more money in the end to receive poorly crafted junk.
