CADo Not buy from this company I requested a refund for a product I received that was damaged upon arrival. The request was submitted in early November 2021. Despite multiple attempts to reach Sage and Sill via email and their online customer service form, I have received no response. This appears to be a fake company running a scam website. Please avoid sending your money to them.

GBOrdered a £45 product and when it… Ordered a £45 product and when it arrived it was very disappointing. The product is smaller than expected and the materials are really cheap like it’s come straight from a cheap, discount shop or market stall . Really not worth the money charged, and then when I tried to return, realised it had to go back to America which would cost over £20. I would really question the quality and intentions of this company. I feel deceived and very disappointed.

GBThe Great Shopping Experience with Sage & Sill! The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one! The only disadvantage was that the initial delivery time was a very long one. After the long wait, the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. To my surprize though, today I received a whole new replacement order, not just the broken part (the bulb)! And it was super quick too! Thanx so much, Sage & Sill...🖤

CAPhenomenal Customer Service I ordered 2 raven lamps made of plastic. One of the ravens arrived with a snapped off leg. I reported it to Sage & Sill, saying: "Don't worry about it, I can glue it back on all by myself." They replied almost immediately, with sincere apologies, and told me they would be very happy to send me another lamp -- free of charge -- without me having to return the broken one. Phenomenal customer service!

GBVery deceiving Very deceiving. Shows a US flag with a Spokane, Washington address, but item shipped out of country to go through customs, traveled to Alaska and finally made it to Oregon. Company lacks communication skills. Item was wrapped tightly in a plastic bag, stems bent, and flowers flattened. I expected more, and shipped in a box so there would be no damage. Plus, I ordered pink flowers and I received a coral pink. I will try to return, and will never order from this company again.
