Phenomenal Customer Service I ordered 2 raven lamps made of plastic. One of the ravens arrived with a snapped off leg. I reported it to Sage & Sill, saying: "Don't worry about it, I can glue it back on all by myself." They replied almost immediately, with sincere apologies, and told me they would be very happy to send me another lamp -- free of charge -- without me having to return the broken one. Phenomenal customer service!

Nice Products, Great Service Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong item. It was an honest mistake as the item’s box was incorrectly marked. I contacted customer service and they rectified the situation immediately. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Sage & Sill to anyone shopping for that special something.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I WISH THAT I READ THE REVIEWS 1ST! IF THERE WAS A "0" OR NEGATIVE STAR, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM. VERY BAD FOREIGN CO. Bought an item from them and the electrical light did not work. Could not get a response from company for return information, and no phone number to contact them. Finally returned the item per their instructions and I had to pay for the shipping. This company claimed they never received the returned defective item. I emailed the tracking number and confirmation, still they denied receiving it. Contacted PayPal to dispute the charges. This company lied to PayPal regarding the situation. This company would not give me a refund, so I am out $65 and PayPal won't hold them accountable.

Little Vases Very descriptive before purchase and was even better once it arrived. I was so impressed with the first order, I went back for a second order. It was very well packaged therefore my little vases all arrived in perfect condition!!!
