I won't give you the order number because you didn't give any phone number so that my lawyer could speak to your customer service. You are scammers, you constantly reply the same thing, giving explanations for the lost shipment in Germany, offering tracking numbers that don't work. Please stop your AI repliers answering our complaints and give a customer service phone number so my legal team could talk to a human ( even though I doubt you are educated enough to comunicate with others in any language ). I hope one of these days you'll have a visit from the police. But you'll just change your domain and continue scamming unaware users around the net.

NOVery poor service I ordered heated socks and gloves twice. Paid in advance. Both times the order was confirmed but nothing happened. After several weeks I contacted Osmo Customer Service. They answered that the order was canselled and my money refunded. Today Osmo invited me to give the heated gloves a review😂When I politely answered that I wanted the goods delivered - not a refund, Osmo did not offer any help. I have seldom experienced such poor service.

GBI ordered Osmo Heated Gloves Order no… I ordered Osmo Heated Gloves Order no #OSUK9712 and they don't heat properly There is no heat at all in the thumbs, the fingers barely warm up and the battery barely lasts 1 hour I Have sent numerous emails but have yet to receive a reply. NOVery good The heated socks are very good. But it did take 4 weeks from order date until we got it. During that time, the communication with Osmo was good, they replied fast and did their best.
