NOVery good The heated socks are very good. But it did take 4 weeks from order date until we got it. During that time, the communication with Osmo was good, they replied fast and did their best.

GBGetting the discount offered. When I placed my order, I forgot to use the 5% discount they offered. I emailed customer service and they promptly took it off my invoice.

GBPotential UK customers read this. UK customers need to know that items need to be returned to Germany, at your own expense, and using the 'tracked' option. I had ordered XL gloves, but they were too small, even though my measurements met the 'size guide.' To return them by Royal Mail tracked to Germany cost me £12.15! They were on my hands for less than 30 seconds. That's a pretty hefty price just to try something on for size! So if, like me, you assume the return address for items is in the UK, think again!

NOVery poor service I ordered heated socks and gloves twice. Paid in advance. Both times the order was confirmed but nothing happened. After several weeks I contacted Osmo Customer Service. They answered that the order was canselled and my money refunded. Today Osmo invited me to give the heated gloves a review😂When I politely answered that I wanted the goods delivered - not a refund, Osmo did not offer any help. I have seldom experienced such poor service.
