Terrible Company Don’t touch them with a barge pole. You can never get in touch with them until you do it via PayPal This could be a one off but I would try elsewhere

Potential UK customers read this. UK customers need to know that items need to be returned to Germany, at your own expense, and using the 'tracked' option. I had ordered XL gloves, but they were too small, even though my measurements met the 'size guide.' To return them by Royal Mail tracked to Germany cost me £12.15! They were on my hands for less than 30 seconds. That's a pretty hefty price just to try something on for size! So if, like me, you assume the return address for items is in the UK, think again!

I ordered a heater which isn't… I ordered a heater which isn't functioning well at all. They answered very quickly and said they will send a replacement. I wait now for the replacement and will give 5 stars if it works well. Hope it does. I received the replacement heater yesterday and it works! Thank you
