I ordered Osmo Heated Gloves Order no… I ordered Osmo Heated Gloves Order no #OSUK9712 and they don't heat properly There is no heat at all in the thumbs, the fingers barely warm up and the battery barely lasts 1 hour I Have sent numerous emails but have yet to receive a reply. Very good The heated socks are very good. But it did take 4 weeks from order date until we got it. During that time, the communication with Osmo was good, they replied fast and did their best.

Getting the discount offered. When I placed my order, I forgot to use the 5% discount they offered. I emailed customer service and they promptly took it off my invoice.

A good experience The answer was courteous, to the point and reflected reality (I finally received the parcel as anticipated by the support)

Terrible Company Don’t touch them with a barge pole. You can never get in touch with them until you do it via PayPal This could be a one off but I would try elsewhere
