Very good The heated socks are very good. But it did take 4 weeks from order date until we got it. During that time, the communication with Osmo was good, they replied fast and did their best.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. First shipment arrived damaged, I called Osmo And was amazed how quick they got back to me, They sent me out a replacement. Osmo services are OK I have been testing Osmo services and I have ordered both from the German, Swedish and Norwegian websites and experience for Germany was great, the norwegian experience just lagged in terms of delivery times, maybe because I have ordered the product to the UK.
