Poor customer service I had ordered a replacement reflector globe for a lamp, and after I received it and made sure it fit, I asked the representative for recommendations on a fabric lampshade that would fit over the globe. Instead of any specific recommendations she directed me to the codes for sizing. To say it was confusing to find a shade would be an understatement, consequently, I ended up getting the wrong size. When I emailed the company, the representative said something to the effect 'you need F203G (not the actual part)'. I asked why I couldn't have been given that information when I first asked the question. Anyway, I returned the $75 item and paid $44 shipping. Two weeks after the tracking indicated they received the item, still no refund. I'll just shop someplace else!!!

I purchased 6 Inch Fitter Wired Flush … I purchased 6 Inch Fitter Wired Flush in Antique Brass (11880) The post states WIRED. The fixture was not wired. It shipped with all of the parts loose in bags. Very misleading and falsely advertised. I reached out to customer service and they said the socket was pre-wired. Not the fixture. Buyer beware!!!

Satisfied Customer My guest accidentally knocked over and shattered the top of my antique glass hurricane lamp. After much research I settled on Antique Lamp Supply. Was very happy to have been offered the New Year's discount. The top I ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in perfect condition. I was very impressed with the packing job. And the color I selected matches the original base well. Happy with this purchase.

Ordered two smal items Ordered two smal items, but had to do separate orders because the search engine on website didn’t work ....asked them to combine and they would not had to pay $5.50 for each and again very small items going to same address, ordered seconds apart on same card. Would not use them again.

Terrible customer service experience… Terrible customer service experience and from reading other reviews here it seems to be their standard. It's not our fault, why should we help you? Would not deal with them again.
