Item was exactly what I needed and something that could not be bought locally. It is a part of my antique marble based floor lamp that got knocked over on Christmas day and is the part that the lampshade rests on. I am extremely pleased with this company and would certainly do business with them again.

Dishonest and Avares Behavior During pre-sales communication with B&P Antique Lamp Supply, many emails were exchanged with specifications to identify a replacement burner for a Crisa oil lamp. Burner received would not screw into Crisa lamp reservoir due to different screw threads, potential safety issue. B&P Antique Lamp Supply did not understand the importance of threads needing to match. B&P Antique Lamp Supply wanted me to pay for return shipping of their incompatible part. Sent photographic proof of issue with thread gauges confirming difference. B&P Antique Lamp Supply did eventually send a return shipping label. B&P Antique Lamp Supply did acknowledge the OEM burner and their replacement is different. Also, B&P Antique Lamp Supply refused to answer the question of whether or not they have physically checked the compatibility of their replacement burner, asked three times. Replacement burner was sent back in all its original packaging and shipping box. B&P Antique Lamp Supply did not fully refund the purchase and ignore emails requesting a correction to the refund. Their PayPal account was put on hold, until B&P Antique Lamp Supply refunded full purchase price. Dispute was filed with PayPal against B&P Antique Lamp Supply. They refused to reply to PayPal. PayPal ruled in customer's favor and refunded the shipping cost.

All different prices bought for comparison and no way to compare. Each should have stock number. Not very helpful or satisfactory. Thanks for your response, they should be, but they weren't.

Had to take some careful measurements … Had to take some careful measurements to be sure i was ordering the correct items. Everything fit their respective place on the lamp as advertised! I only wish that specialized cutters would be offered (at a reasonable price point) for making square cuts to the tubing that guards the socket assembly.
