Avoid this company This company is dishonest and Stephanie and Mary remain the rudest customer service individuals imaginable. The company sent the wrong size product and refused to correct their error despite receiving a photo against a tape measure proving the wrong product size. They said to just reorder the correct size and pay for it; demanding the customer keep the incorrect product or pay for its repacking and return shipping. Thereafter, they repeatedly hung up on the customer, refused to answer their phone, sent repeated customer phone calls to voice mail, and refused to answer text messages. Their website requests reviews, even including suggestions how to improve their customer service, but according to many other reviews that have not prompted any change in behavior, it appears correcting the problem is not possible with this company. Many other companies offer the same or better products, steer clear of this one and the cherry-picked reviews they publish on their website. Poor customer service I had ordered a replacement reflector globe for a lamp, and after I received it and made sure it fit, I asked the representative for recommendations on a fabric lampshade that would fit over the globe. Instead of any specific recommendations she directed me to the codes for sizing. To say it was confusing to find a shade would be an understatement, consequently, I ended up getting the wrong size. When I emailed the company, the representative said something to the effect 'you need F203G (not the actual part)'. I asked why I couldn't have been given that information when I first asked the question. Anyway, I returned the $75 item and paid $44 shipping. Two weeks after the tracking indicated they received the item, still no refund. I'll just shop someplace else!!!

I only wish that specialized cutters would be offered (at a reasonable price point) for making square cuts to the tubing that guards the socket assembly.

I purchased 6 Inch Fitter Wired Flush … I purchased 6 Inch Fitter Wired Flush in Antique Brass (11880) The post states WIRED. The fixture was not wired. It shipped with all of the parts loose in bags. Very misleading and falsely advertised. I reached out to customer service and they said the socket was pre-wired. Not the fixture. Buyer beware!!!
