Was very happy to have been offered the New Year's discount. The top I ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in perfect condition. I was very impressed with the packing job. And the color I selected matches the original base well. Happy with this purchase.

I only wish that specialized cutters would be offered (at a reasonable price point) for making square cuts to the tubing that guards the socket assembly.

Haven't even gotten my part yet and so totally put off by the woman i spoke to on the phone just now. When I asked why my $6 for shipping turned into 2 weeks she said if you want to beat up on someone call the post office. What incredible accountability-maybe she never heard of any other way to ship. I cant believe ownership lets her answer the phone. By the way calling someone "ma'am" while you are being rude doesn't make it right-even in Tennessee. Don't do it. Ever.
