Haven't even gotten my part yet and so totally put off by the woman i spoke to on the phone just now. When I asked why my $6 for shipping turned into 2 weeks she said if you want to beat up on someone call the post office. What incredible accountability-maybe she never heard of any other way to ship. I cant believe ownership lets her answer the phone. By the way calling someone "ma'am" while you are being rude doesn't make it right-even in Tennessee. Don't do it. Ever.

Avoid this company This company is dishonest and Stephanie and Mary remain the rudest customer service individuals imaginable. The company sent the wrong size product and refused to correct their error despite receiving a photo against a tape measure proving the wrong product size. They said to just reorder the correct size and pay for it; demanding the customer keep the incorrect product or pay for its repacking and return shipping. Thereafter, they repeatedly hung up on the customer, refused to answer their phone, sent repeated customer phone calls to voice mail, and refused to answer text messages. Their website requests reviews, even including suggestions how to improve their customer service, but according to many other reviews that have not prompted any change in behavior, it appears correcting the problem is not possible with this company. Many other companies offer the same or better products, steer clear of this one and the cherry-picked reviews they publish on their website. Terrible customer service experience… Terrible customer service experience and from reading other reviews here it seems to be their standard. It's not our fault, why should we help you? Would not deal with them again.

Poor customer service I had ordered a replacement reflector globe for a lamp, and after I received it and made sure it fit, I asked the representative for recommendations on a fabric lampshade that would fit over the globe. Instead of any specific recommendations she directed me to the codes for sizing. To say it was confusing to find a shade would be an understatement, consequently, I ended up getting the wrong size. When I emailed the company, the representative said something to the effect 'you need F203G (not the actual part)'. I asked why I couldn't have been given that information when I first asked the question. Anyway, I returned the $75 item and paid $44 shipping. Two weeks after the tracking indicated they received the item, still no refund. I'll just shop someplace else!!!

Item was exactly what I needed and something that could not be bought locally. It is a part of my antique marble based floor lamp that got knocked over on Christmas day and is the part that the lampshade rests on. I am extremely pleased with this company and would certainly do business with them again.
