GBAnother Chinese scam This is another SCAM Chinese company masquerading as a legitimate European business. Despite sending three separate emails over the last 10 days I've had absolutely no response. Despite the confirmation saying 'track your order' there's absolutely nothing showing on their FAKE tracking tool. Very happy to take your money and not deliver or even bother communicate. AVOID RESPONSE TO COMPANY Not disputing anything I've said: – Chinese company [TICK] – Pretending to be in the Netherlands [TICK] – Even the response to this review, like everything else, is weeks late [TICK] – Don't waste your time or money!

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered 2 pairs of… AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered 2 pairs of heated gloves from this company after reading a review on what looked like a review website.(I subsequently realised that the review website is owned by the glove company) The gloves were way too large even though we had measured our hands before ordering. The small and medium sizes were the same. I tried to return under their 14 day return policy. I completed an online form and then another etc etc. I tried the online chat, it just doesn't work and doesn't recognise any order, So I obtained their email and have sent 4 emails - nothing. Then I read other reviews on trustpilot and I am not the only one to have had problems. I have now contacted my credit card company to try and obtain a refund.

GBYes another scam website,the waistcoat… Yes another scam website,the waistcoat I ordered took for ever to arrive,when it did,it is a cheap Chinese type,I ordered a large,I can't even start to get it on. Emailed for a refund the day after it arrived, then sent numerous emails and messages from the website,they get no response. Order from a reputable UK firm. After posting a negative review it took just 40 mins.to get a response, just a pre recorded generic apology. No answers to message box on their Web page posted yesterday. I wonder if I should try Dutch.

AUGreat customer service I haven’t received the product yet as I only just ordered it however the customer service so far has been outstanding! Julian has been wonderful in answering my questions :)

GBI got a response immediately. These days, when ordering something online, I’m mindful that it could be a “scam”. I received two separate notifications that a delivery had been attempted but failed so I contacted OSMO to check who told me that delivery would be 7 - 15 working days. The delivery notifications were scams! I fell for one recently, paid the £1.99 excess postage and found myself subscribed to something!
