About Osmo Netherlands

De reis van Osmo begon met een eenvoudig maar krachtig doel: een nieuw leven inblazen in een industrie die in de loop der tijd muf was geworden. We wilden de boel opschudden en tegelijkertijd een positieve invloed hebben op het dagelijks leven van mensen. Dus begonnen we met het combineren van de nieuwste technologie en innovatief design om producten te maken die niet alleen onberispelijk presteren, maar ook moeiteloos stijl en functionaliteit combineren. Ons uitgangspunt? Om de regels te herschrijven, opnieuw uit te vinden wat er mogelijk is en om het leven van onze klanten te verrijken tijdens dit proces.

I got good answer to my question I got good answer to my question. I don´t yet know if the delivery will be as told. The answer is obviously given by a chatbot, that´s fine, but I would prefere getting the mail during daytime.

I bought a device from them and it… I bought a device from them and it began failing after only a few days use, and I was using it to give to a very important client. After some documentation of the problem I was having, the agent agreed the product was under warranty and sent me a brand new drive.

They are very customer focused They are very customer focused. After raising my concerns with them regarding issues that I had with the product bought from them they addressed it in a timely fashion.

I bought a OsmoLaser for my wife as a… I bought a OsmoLaser for my wife as a present on 19 april and the waiting waiting,sending e-mails and the same answer,in english,in dutch or german.They don’t know as customer service how to handle.I start thinking after abou 8-10 e-mails is a scam and i will inform the bank to start an investigation to take my money back.Poor service…1 star and advice to avoid this company(if is a company!?)
