Definitely a SCAM!!! I finally received my Osmo. I plugged it in and it did not work. I thought it needs to charge. I charged it 24 hrs and it would not work, wouldn’t “turn on”. Of course the customer service # was disconnected, so I emailed the company. I received a response that I could return it if it had not been opened and was in the original packaging. I responded that how could I know it didn’t work if I didn’t open the package? It is definitely a scam and I’m out of $180.00. Don’t buy an Osmo, keep your money!

After some documentation of the problem I was having, the agent agreed the product was under warranty and sent me a brand new drive.
