NLI bought a OsmoLaser for my wife as a… I bought a OsmoLaser for my wife as a present on 19 april and the waiting waiting,sending e-mails and the same answer,in english,in dutch or german.They don’t know as customer service how to handle.I start thinking after abou 8-10 e-mails is a scam and i will inform the bank to start an investigation to take my money back.Poor service…1 star and advice to avoid this company(if is a company!?)

GBANGRY CUSTOMER I had a standard respose to my 1st Trustpilot review 2 days ago yet no response to my emails requesting a return. My order number is OSUK6288. Please send me return details ASAP. UPDATE: After adding my order number to this they did get in touch and accepted my return. I paid the postage as per the returns policy and received a full refund quite quickly. I wouldn't buy from them again as this caused a lot of stress.

GBI bought a device from them and it… I bought a device from them and it began failing after only a few days use, and I was using it to give to a very important client. After some documentation of the problem I was having, the agent agreed the product was under warranty and sent me a brand new drive.

GBI got a response immediately. These days, when ordering something online, I’m mindful that it could be a “scam”. I received two separate notifications that a delivery had been attempted but failed so I contacted OSMO to check who told me that delivery would be 7 - 15 working days. The delivery notifications were scams! I fell for one recently, paid the £1.99 excess postage and found myself subscribed to something!

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered 2 pairs of… AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered 2 pairs of heated gloves from this company after reading a review on what looked like a review website.(I subsequently realised that the review website is owned by the glove company) The gloves were way too large even though we had measured our hands before ordering. The small and medium sizes were the same. I tried to return under their 14 day return policy. I completed an online form and then another etc etc. I tried the online chat, it just doesn't work and doesn't recognise any order, So I obtained their email and have sent 4 emails - nothing. Then I read other reviews on trustpilot and I am not the only one to have had problems. I have now contacted my credit card company to try and obtain a refund.
