About Osmo Netherlands

De reis van Osmo begon met een eenvoudig maar krachtig doel: een nieuw leven inblazen in een industrie die in de loop der tijd muf was geworden. We wilden de boel opschudden en tegelijkertijd een positieve invloed hebben op het dagelijks leven van mensen. Dus begonnen we met het combineren van de nieuwste technologie en innovatief design om producten te maken die niet alleen onberispelijk presteren, maar ook moeiteloos stijl en functionaliteit combineren. Ons uitgangspunt? Om de regels te herschrijven, opnieuw uit te vinden wat er mogelijk is en om het leven van onze klanten te verrijken tijdens dit proces.

OSMO LiteMeter Z7is excellent. The OSMO LiteMeter Z7 is an excellent product. The shoulder cuff was easy to apply and adjust, but most important. The blood pressure readings are very accurate. After receiving my order, I kept getting messages that my order is coming. I was informed by your help department that there was a technical glitch at your end and it was resolved. Most important, the support and response was prompt. Thank you.

I got good answer to my question I got good answer to my question. I don´t yet know if the delivery will be as told. The answer is obviously given by a chatbot, that´s fine, but I would prefere getting the mail during daytime.

ANGRY CUSTOMER I had a standard respose to my 1st Trustpilot review 2 days ago yet no response to my emails requesting a return. My order number is OSUK6288. Please send me return details ASAP. UPDATE: After adding my order number to this they did get in touch and accepted my return. I paid the postage as per the returns policy and received a full refund quite quickly. I wouldn't buy from them again as this caused a lot of stress.

I bought a device from them and it… I bought a device from them and it began failing after only a few days use, and I was using it to give to a very important client. After some documentation of the problem I was having, the agent agreed the product was under warranty and sent me a brand new drive.

Great customer service I haven’t received the product yet as I only just ordered it however the customer service so far has been outstanding! Julian has been wonderful in answering my questions :)
