UPDATE: After adding my order number to this they did get in touch and accepted my return. I paid the postage as per the returns policy and received a full refund quite quickly. I wouldn't buy from them again as this caused a lot of stress.

Another Chinese scam This is another SCAM Chinese company masquerading as a legitimate European business. Despite sending three separate emails over the last 10 days I've had absolutely no response. Despite the confirmation saying 'track your order' there's absolutely nothing showing on their FAKE tracking tool. Very happy to take your money and not deliver or even bother communicate. AVOID RESPONSE TO COMPANY Not disputing anything I've said: – Chinese company [TICK] – Pretending to be in the Netherlands [TICK] – Even the response to this review, like everything else, is weeks late [TICK] – Don't waste your time or money!

Great customer service I haven’t received the product yet as I only just ordered it however the customer service so far has been outstanding! Julian has been wonderful in answering my questions :)
