Once I sent an email request for help advisors guided me through the process of selecting a size. In the end, I was still confused as there didn’t seem to be a direct relationship between the sizing chart and sizing diagram. An advisor the same size as me was the most helpful.

Support was excellent. A miscommunication occurred and their support team was on it very quickly with a amiable remedy. They were extremely friendly and helpful. ANGRY CUSTOMER I had a standard respose to my 1st Trustpilot review 2 days ago yet no response to my emails requesting a return. My order number is OSUK6288. Please send me return details ASAP. UPDATE: After adding my order number to this they did get in touch and accepted my return. I paid the postage as per the returns policy and received a full refund quite quickly. I wouldn't buy from them again as this caused a lot of stress.

I got a response immediately. These days, when ordering something online, I’m mindful that it could be a “scam”. I received two separate notifications that a delivery had been attempted but failed so I contacted OSMO to check who told me that delivery would be 7 - 15 working days. The delivery notifications were scams! I fell for one recently, paid the £1.99 excess postage and found myself subscribed to something!

Another Chinese scam This is another SCAM Chinese company masquerading as a legitimate European business. Despite sending three separate emails over the last 10 days I've had absolutely no response. Despite the confirmation saying 'track your order' there's absolutely nothing showing on their FAKE tracking tool. Very happy to take your money and not deliver or even bother communicate. AVOID RESPONSE TO COMPANY Not disputing anything I've said: – Chinese company [TICK] – Pretending to be in the Netherlands [TICK] – Even the response to this review, like everything else, is weeks late [TICK] – Don't waste your time or money!
