GBBeing ignored... I ordered a fan light and a fan, the light came and a globe was cracked. I emailed and they responded right away that they would send a replacement globe. Not only did that never come but neither did the fan. After numerous unanswered calls and emails, I'm finally resorting to contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. What really makes me mad is they list the item as 'shipped' but no tracking....shady.

GBEco friendly and Elegant I bought matching fans for daughter's bedrooms. Upgrading rooms for return from college. The remotes, energy saver lights with low heat, excellent cooling were a life saver over the summer in the South. This was a steal and nothing local compared to the elegance of the product which was more beautiful that the pictures revealed online.

GBwarning.... I ordered a ceiling fan fixture and was very disappointed... had two electricians at the house that day doing kitchen remodeling and after much difficulty trying to install the fixture, they opened it to find the neutral feed into the switch was not properly connected in the crimp connector..... this meant if the inside loose wire were to touch the metal of the light, shocks and or worse would have occurred. After calling the company, I received the old "gee, we are sorry" and that was that. Very disappointed for such an expensive light fixture.

GBNot in business anymore? I'm not sure what's going on with this retailer. I placed an order for an item 11 days ago and have not had any updates. The item was listed as in stock and that it would ship in 1-3 days. I have emailed and called multiple times but there have been no responses to any of my inquiries. I payed through paypal, luckily nothing has been charged, it's just listed as processing. So perhaps this retailer is no longer in business but just forgot to disable their website...
