USBeing ignored... I ordered a fan light and a fan, the light came and a globe was cracked. I emailed and they responded right away that they would send a replacement globe. Not only did that never come but neither did the fan. After numerous unanswered calls and emails, I'm finally resorting to contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. What really makes me mad is they list the item as 'shipped' but no tracking....shady.

USHorrible return policy-read fine print My interior decorator found two wall sconces for an area of my home from this company. They looked great, so I ordered them. When they arrived, I opened one of the two boxes to see how it would look but immediately found that they were a bit to flush mounted for my wall with 1/2" trim. I called to get a Return confirmation and was told I would get a 15% restocking fee plus pay to return them(not totally uncommon) but the restocking fee is history these days. Only one light was unboxed and put back like it never came out and still got burned on it. 3wks later and still no credit on my account. Never do business with them again.

USExcellent service and products Found exact style and features for complete replacement of 8 outdoor light fixtures. All items shipped timely. No damage. Good quality. Only time will tell how well the hold up in the elements. Some confusion on shipping order that had one light out of stock. Call to customer service quickly resolved and out of stock item shipped as promised when restocked.

USThe pendant Tiffany lamps are a magnificent completing feature for my kitchen. Saw this pendant fixture advertised by a large retailer for significantly greater cost. I was extremely happy to find it at a price point that I felt I could stretch to afford. The glass shades arrived unscathed by the shipping - I am used to foam form-fitted to Tiffany glass, but the packing, while a little messier, served its purpose well. There were no installation instructions, but my sons were able to complete the installation with a little trial and error. The fixture has greatly improved the lighting in the work area of my kitchen in addition to becoming a focal point of beauty.

USwarning.... I ordered a ceiling fan fixture and was very disappointed... had two electricians at the house that day doing kitchen remodeling and after much difficulty trying to install the fixture, they opened it to find the neutral feed into the switch was not properly connected in the crimp connector..... this meant if the inside loose wire were to touch the metal of the light, shocks and or worse would have occurred. After calling the company, I received the old "gee, we are sorry" and that was that. Very disappointed for such an expensive light fixture.
