Far from perfect We ordered a vanity for our bathroom. It was delivered on time, but there were several issues with the item (it didn't match the sketch that could be found online, so the plumbing had to be redone - the basin had a crack and leaked - another part was missing - the door had a scratch). I have spent hours on the phone with mainfaucet employees, all of them were very nice - but the communication between them really didn't work, so I had to call back multiple times. We had to have the plumber come back out, which of course he charged us for. So, overall, not a pleasant experience and it would have been better to buy locally.

Great light over my table!! I installed these lights to replace some dated fixtures. The neutral style allows them to fit in easily to my decor. The design allows you to use none to three extensions, so the drop height is adjustable. I used one, which was perfect in my installation location. Installation was easy, and the instructions were very complete and clear.

just a great experience Everything about our purchase from MainFaucet went really well. The website was clear and easy to use, the price was right, and the item shipped quickly. Once it arrived, we were very pleased with the sturdiness of the recessed toilet paper holder and how well-engineered the installation process was.

Site Broken, No Response from Merchant in 2 Weeks Two weeks now with no response from their Customer Care. No phone number to call, only an email address or Web form. No payment methods except PayPal actually show up in checkout - despite claims on site that they support various CCs. Any attempt to complete purchase with PayPal FAILS - error message show 'Gateway Failure - Restricted Account'... Not the buyers account (I checked), the merchants account apparently. Appears either out of business or otherwise suspect.

warning.... I ordered a ceiling fan fixture and was very disappointed... had two electricians at the house that day doing kitchen remodeling and after much difficulty trying to install the fixture, they opened it to find the neutral feed into the switch was not properly connected in the crimp connector..... this meant if the inside loose wire were to touch the metal of the light, shocks and or worse would have occurred. After calling the company, I received the old "gee, we are sorry" and that was that. Very disappointed for such an expensive light fixture.
