Purchased curved shower base and doors, No Problem I purchased a curved shower base with sliding curved doors for a job, I am a contractor. I had some questions prior to ordering. The phone representative was knowledgeable and made me feel confident in placing my order. The unit came within a week and kept my job on schedule. This is an A1 company and I have recommended them to several other clients and so far I have no negative feedback.

Being ignored... I ordered a fan light and a fan, the light came and a globe was cracked. I emailed and they responded right away that they would send a replacement globe. Not only did that never come but neither did the fan. After numerous unanswered calls and emails, I'm finally resorting to contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. What really makes me mad is they list the item as 'shipped' but no tracking....shady.

Seller delivers wrong products and don`t react. Seller delivers wrong products and don`t react. We ordered a black coloured lamp and got it in white. Seller does`t answer and don`t ewfount the money. Don`t order anything exept you want to lose your money.

warning.... I ordered a ceiling fan fixture and was very disappointed... had two electricians at the house that day doing kitchen remodeling and after much difficulty trying to install the fixture, they opened it to find the neutral feed into the switch was not properly connected in the crimp connector..... this meant if the inside loose wire were to touch the metal of the light, shocks and or worse would have occurred. After calling the company, I received the old "gee, we are sorry" and that was that. Very disappointed for such an expensive light fixture.
