Who is on first? Have ordered a few times...last one was frustrating as needed the items in a timely fashion After many phone calls found out over one week later items had not even been shipped out. I had to call the vendor to find out what was going on and get the situation resolved which was rather strange....as that is Main Faucet 's job to deal with thier vendors not mine. Also ended up cancelling the other part of the order as that vendor was not shipping out for several weeks and needed the items for an inspection. Also need to get some screws missing from a previous order.

Horrible return policy-read fine print My interior decorator found two wall sconces for an area of my home from this company. They looked great, so I ordered them. When they arrived, I opened one of the two boxes to see how it would look but immediately found that they were a bit to flush mounted for my wall with 1/2" trim. I called to get a Return confirmation and was told I would get a 15% restocking fee plus pay to return them(not totally uncommon) but the restocking fee is history these days. Only one light was unboxed and put back like it never came out and still got burned on it. 3wks later and still no credit on my account. Never do business with them again.

Being ignored... I ordered a fan light and a fan, the light came and a globe was cracked. I emailed and they responded right away that they would send a replacement globe. Not only did that never come but neither did the fan. After numerous unanswered calls and emails, I'm finally resorting to contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. What really makes me mad is they list the item as 'shipped' but no tracking....shady.

Excellent service and products Found exact style and features for complete replacement of 8 outdoor light fixtures. All items shipped timely. No damage. Good quality. Only time will tell how well the hold up in the elements. Some confusion on shipping order that had one light out of stock. Call to customer service quickly resolved and out of stock item shipped as promised when restocked.
