GBWho is on first? Have ordered a few times...last one was frustrating as needed the items in a timely fashion After many phone calls found out over one week later items had not even been shipped out. I had to call the vendor to find out what was going on and get the situation resolved which was rather strange....as that is Main Faucet 's job to deal with thier vendors not mine. Also ended up cancelling the other part of the order as that vendor was not shipping out for several weeks and needed the items for an inspection. Also need to get some screws missing from a previous order.

GBThe pendant Tiffany lamps are a magnificent completing feature for my kitchen. Saw this pendant fixture advertised by a large retailer for significantly greater cost. I was extremely happy to find it at a price point that I felt I could stretch to afford. The glass shades arrived unscathed by the shipping - I am used to foam form-fitted to Tiffany glass, but the packing, while a little messier, served its purpose well. There were no installation instructions, but my sons were able to complete the installation with a little trial and error. The fixture has greatly improved the lighting in the work area of my kitchen in addition to becoming a focal point of beauty.

GBFar from perfect We ordered a vanity for our bathroom. It was delivered on time, but there were several issues with the item (it didn't match the sketch that could be found online, so the plumbing had to be redone - the basin had a crack and leaked - another part was missing - the door had a scratch). I have spent hours on the phone with mainfaucet employees, all of them were very nice - but the communication between them really didn't work, so I had to call back multiple times. We had to have the plumber come back out, which of course he charged us for. So, overall, not a pleasant experience and it would have been better to buy locally.

GBwarning.... I ordered a ceiling fan fixture and was very disappointed... had two electricians at the house that day doing kitchen remodeling and after much difficulty trying to install the fixture, they opened it to find the neutral feed into the switch was not properly connected in the crimp connector..... this meant if the inside loose wire were to touch the metal of the light, shocks and or worse would have occurred. After calling the company, I received the old "gee, we are sorry" and that was that. Very disappointed for such an expensive light fixture.
