USTo say that I'm astonished by my… To say that I'm astonished by my feelings regarding Nacove's duvet would be an understatement. It gets more comfy and softer with every day. I'm going to get one for each bed in my house! It's excellent that you could be persuaded to forego this duvet cover!

USThey will NOT refund you for the returned pillow! Do NOT buy from this company unless you're sure you want to keep! They praise their return policy, yet make you jump through hoops to return, and then end up ghosting you. I'm going to dispute the charges.

CAI ordered two pillows from Nacove I ordered two pillows from Nacove. I did not find them comfortable so I emailed them within the "return window". No response. I emailed them again. No response. What a waste of almost $400.

USGhosted on refund after returning the… Ghosted on refund after returning the pillows, one of which was completely unopened! Now I am out the $250 for the pillows and another $27 on shipping. They ignore you after that. I have tried calling every phone number I can find and also emailing several times without any response.
