Deceptive and dishonest company This is a very deceptive and unscrupulous company working out of China. Quality was not to my liking and I followed their every request to return the product (they make you jump through hoops) and they still never refunded my money. They have an entire department dedicated to credit card disputes and try to wear you down and hope you just give up. Do not waste money on this substandard product that they will not refund your for once you’ve fallen into their trap.

HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE customer service! They say they have a 30 day return policy but when I immediately tried to return my pillow I could not get ANYONE from this company to respond. I tried live chat and email - ZERO response.

The pillow was firm enough for both… The pillow was firm enough for both back and side sleepers, seemed well stitched and firm, with only a slight "feather smell" which I know dissipates quickly from down pillows. Very mild
