They will NOT refund you for the returned pillow! Do NOT buy from this company unless you're sure you want to keep! They praise their return policy, yet make you jump through hoops to return, and then end up ghosting you. I'm going to dispute the charges.

They were shipped separately from China to Colorado I believe. Then they came from there together in one terrible package. They take forever to respond to emails about getting a refund, then play games and then want to have you send them back at your expense with no promise of a refund
