GBTo say that I'm astonished by my… To say that I'm astonished by my feelings regarding Nacove's duvet would be an understatement. It gets more comfy and softer with every day. I'm going to get one for each bed in my house! It's excellent that you could be persuaded to forego this duvet cover!

They tried to deliver my package but used the wrong address and therefore it wasn’t delivered. I was in contact with Diana via email - it took forever for them to get in touch! GBHonestly there are no words to express… Honestly there are no words to express just how amazed i am with this duvet, it gets softer and more comfortable each day! I want one for every bad in my home, i want one for the summer weight too! When i tell you that it gets softer with time and better every day, it is true! You may not want to even put a duvet cover on this!

GBThe pillow was firm enough for both… The pillow was firm enough for both back and side sleepers, seemed well stitched and firm, with only a slight "feather smell" which I know dissipates quickly from down pillows. Very mild

GBHORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE customer service! They say they have a 30 day return policy but when I immediately tried to return my pillow I could not get ANYONE from this company to respond. I tried live chat and email - ZERO response.
