We, like many others, fell victim to this scam on social media where it is falsely advertised and reviewed. The product claims to have a 30-day money back guarantee. This is not true. They insist that the product be returned in the original packaging and unused. 1) how are you supposed to try a product without using it? 2) unless you have a packing warehouse, it is not possible to repack shrink wrapped pillows in the original packaging. Once you pay to ship (their shipping label machine will inevitably be broken), and you jump through all the hoops they give you, you will be completely ghosted by this company. I highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.

Ghosted on refund after returning the… Ghosted on refund after returning the pillows, one of which was completely unopened! Now I am out the $250 for the pillows and another $27 on shipping. They ignore you after that. I have tried calling every phone number I can find and also emailing several times without any response.

The pillow was firm enough for both… The pillow was firm enough for both back and side sleepers, seemed well stitched and firm, with only a slight "feather smell" which I know dissipates quickly from down pillows. Very mild

They will NOT refund you for the returned pillow! Do NOT buy from this company unless you're sure you want to keep! They praise their return policy, yet make you jump through hoops to return, and then end up ghosting you. I'm going to dispute the charges.
