A grand in the bin Spent $680 on 4 pillows, trialed one and didn’t like it. Asked to return the 3 unopened ones , went back and forth with Diana from customer service a million times and finally got a return address but no return label due to a faulty system. Spent $140 to ship back to USA and was then completely ghosted. Almost a grand in the bin.

They will NOT refund you for the returned pillow! Do NOT buy from this company unless you're sure you want to keep! They praise their return policy, yet make you jump through hoops to return, and then end up ghosting you. I'm going to dispute the charges.
