SEDONT LOSE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM I ordered 1 chrystal lantern in july 2023 and i never got it. When i asked after 3 months where my order was they claimed i already picked it up. When i wrote back that i hadnt recieved any notification or picked it up and that i wanted a refund they sent some kind of confirmation that it had been picked up and i wouldnt get a refund. When i again wrote that i hadnt picked it up they stopped responding. It was useless to continue arguing so i let it go. I lost aound 80 dollars. But now i saw their ad again where they advertise buy one get one for free but the price is now around 140 dollars for one so there is no ”free” lantern. I never thought about checking trustpilot last year but now i did and 45% 1 star reviews where some say the same thing that they didnt get the order but this company claimed it was already delivered. They are obviously a SCAM. Dont lose your money on them!

GBJUNK, JUNK, JUNK!!!! I bought four of these lanterns for family for Christmas. What junk!!!! They are hardly used and won’t charge, don’t work. The company won’t repair or return our money. DON’T BUY!!!! Junk, junk, junk!!!!

CAHad a crystal lantern not work after 5… Had a crystal lantern not work after 5 months which is past the 90 day warranty but they still replaced it. Not sure how often they do but because they did it, I took the liberty of writing this review. Thank You for the kindness, Klarao
