Without hesitation they shipped and replaced my defective lamp. The fact that it didn't work is why this gets 4 stars- but also I was very pleased that they kept up their promise and I actually do adore these lights

GBPicked up three lamps Picked up three lamps, but one arrived a bit banged up. Short an email over to customer service, and they were absolute rock stars from start to finish. Seriously, major kudos! The lamps themselves are fantastic, but i have gotta give props to their stellar customer service. Definitely gonna be recommending them .

GBProduct has become faulty after 6… Product has become faulty after 6 months, given it is an electrical product it is covered by electrical item warranty in the UK. They are refusing to replace/refund it. I would avoid at all cost. Their pricing is also all over the place it seems. They call their lamp “crystal refraction” which is misleading, it is acrylic.
