GBI ordered three, one was faulty. I ordered three. Only two functioned. I removed the third one from the box 2 months after purchase and besides not functioning, it wouldn't charge. I got in touch with Klarako, customer service requested a video, I tried to send the video and both it and my repeated written request keeps getting booted back. I am not asking for a refund, but rather a replacement. I give it two stars for the two functioning lanterns. This is not acceptable. Too bad, because I could have given the product a good review.

GBWretched experience They are very quick to take your money; very slow to deliver the product you paid for or refund your money. I ordered 2 Reno Floor Lamps in January. I followed up when the order hadn’t shipped after 3 weeks. At first they claimed the order was ready, and I even received a fake shipping notice, before they eventually admitted that the lamps weren’t available in the color I ordered. They stopped responding when I asked about the status of my refund, so I eventually just filed a chargeback with the credit card company.

SECustomer service gave me a new lamp… Customer service gave me a new lamp that arrived in a week because of their 90-day warranty. Their lights are good, and their trust is solid with their warranty. I think this is a good business and I would buy again.
