Picked up three lamps Picked up three lamps, but one arrived a bit banged up. Short an email over to customer service, and they were absolute rock stars from start to finish. Seriously, major kudos! The lamps themselves are fantastic, but i have gotta give props to their stellar customer service. Definitely gonna be recommending them .

Goods never arrived. Bought a lamp 3 weeks ago and status says delivered however it has not been. Emails to Klarako come back stating undeliverable. Basically nothing after taking my payment. Unsure if it’s a scam.

Customer service gave me a new lamp… Customer service gave me a new lamp that arrived in a week because of their 90-day warranty. Their lights are good, and their trust is solid with their warranty. I think this is a good business and I would buy again.
