GBI ordered three, one was faulty. I ordered three. Only two functioned. I removed the third one from the box 2 months after purchase and besides not functioning, it wouldn't charge. I got in touch with Klarako, customer service requested a video, I tried to send the video and both it and my repeated written request keeps getting booted back. I am not asking for a refund, but rather a replacement. I give it two stars for the two functioning lanterns. This is not acceptable. Too bad, because I could have given the product a good review.

SGGoods never arrived. Bought a lamp 3 weeks ago and status says delivered however it has not been. Emails to Klarako come back stating undeliverable. Basically nothing after taking my payment. Unsure if it’s a scam.

GBThe Reno Floor Lamp is absolutely… The Reno Floor Lamp is absolutely fantastic! The color option are endless, which opens up so many possibilities. My only tiny gripe is that there weren't any instruction for the buttons- the on /off button looked like a logo to me at first. But a quick email sorted everything out, and the response was immediate. Thank you so much! i'll definitely be placing another order soon.
