USOlder purchase, but still love the product! My purchase was made a year or two back, and I had not read any reviews before I made my purchase. I'd ordered a hot/cold tumbler with a dia de Los muertos design. I did receive periodic emails letting me know what was going on with my product, as it was personalized with my name, which I missed when I picked it out. I did get the tumbler and love it. The design is still great after all this time, but the lid seems to be in a state of disintegration. I have to replace the lid to keep using this cool tumbler. The only way I've found to contact them is via Facebook, and if I get a response, I'll be surprised

USDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Bought a Christmas ornament and not only did it arrive late after waiting weeks for it, but it’s the cheapest ornament I have ever seen in my life. Super small, cheap plastic, and the worst part is the name was printed backwards!! Definitely not at all worth the $20 I paid for it. I have tried e-mailing costumer service several times now and haven’t gotten a response. I think they blocked my email now because they aren’t going through. HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

USREAD THE FINE PRINT - nothing as pictured. Not made in US. Ordered 2 Christmas ornaments. They arrived after Christmas and they printed the customization backwards on one of them. I was expecting a colorful 3D ornament and got a plastic printed ornament. I should have read the fine print. Not all all what was pictured. Website said they were located and manufactured in the US - not the case. This stuff comes from China. Had I known all I do now should have never ordered. Trying to get a refund now.

USPoor Customer Service I have been sending emails to their customer service for about 3 months now and no response! I received a tumbler from my son and daughter -in-law, I love it, but part of the lid broke, I just want a replacement, I'll even pay, but as long as its been it should be free!

USFalse advertising! False advertising!! Their website says “100% satisfaction guarantee”. In less than a month the coffee mug lid cracked in multiple places. The company would not send a replacement lid. Terrible customer service. Many of the positive reviews are fraudulent because the review says the product was for someone else.
