GBFalse advertising! False advertising!! Their website says “100% satisfaction guarantee”. In less than a month the coffee mug lid cracked in multiple places. The company would not send a replacement lid. Terrible customer service. Many of the positive reviews are fraudulent because the review says the product was for someone else.

GBProducts are nice but customer service… Products are nice but customer service is non existent. They don't respond in a timely manner or at all. They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.

GBAlthough this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.

GBREAD THE FINE PRINT - nothing as pictured. Not made in US. Ordered 2 Christmas ornaments. They arrived after Christmas and they printed the customization backwards on one of them. I was expecting a colorful 3D ornament and got a plastic printed ornament. I should have read the fine print. Not all all what was pictured. Website said they were located and manufactured in the US - not the case. This stuff comes from China. Had I known all I do now should have never ordered. Trying to get a refund now.

GBPoor Customer Service I have been sending emails to their customer service for about 3 months now and no response! I received a tumbler from my son and daughter -in-law, I love it, but part of the lid broke, I just want a replacement, I'll even pay, but as long as its been it should be free!
