GBProducts are nice but customer service… Products are nice but customer service is non existent. They don't respond in a timely manner or at all. They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.

GBMulti-colored, personalized tumbler. I did get the insulated tumbler and was quite happy with it. The only criticism I have is that it was less vivid coloring than I expected. When I ordered it...it looked more vivid/brighter colors, but when it came the colors were duller than I expected. It was a gift and my friend seemed to love it. So except for that one complaint I was OK with it. I would order again from this company, but I will be choosing a different color(s).

GBVery disappointed with the purchase I… Very disappointed with the purchase I made. Took way longer than anything else I ordered from other companies and the personalized name is horrible quality. When I contacted them, they didn't offer a new cup being sent but gave me a 15% refund. That didn't do much as the item was a gift that I wouldn't give so its worthless. Won't order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone

GBAlthough this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.
