USAlthough this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.

USBig time disappointment! I purchased a tumbler and I was very disappointed with it. It looked nothing like the website pictures. I tried to return it but I would had to pay 6 times more than what I paid for the item itself because I had to pay for extra shipping due to it being from over seas. I reached out to Saniede Shop but they refused to refund me, they offered to give me a 15% off of the next purchase as if I would want to go thru the same with another of their items.

USI ordered a tumbler way before … I ordered a tumbler way before christmas and here we are January 11th and I still haven't got it , I asked for my money back and they are avoiding me nothing has left their building their package tracking is a lie. And they keep telling me the same thing to check the tracking number.

USBuyer Beware! Item ordered on Dec 1st with expected shipping receipt within 5-10 days as stated. Here it is Dec 24th and tracking info provided is unclear. It may be in the States, or not. Never order from this place. They use absurd shipping methods and partners in this modern time. Requested full refund and no response yet.

USProducts are nice but customer service… Products are nice but customer service is non existent. They don't respond in a timely manner or at all. They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.
