GBI ordered a tumbler way before … I ordered a tumbler way before christmas and here we are January 11th and I still haven't got it , I asked for my money back and they are avoiding me nothing has left their building their package tracking is a lie. And they keep telling me the same thing to check the tracking number.

GBI have already left a review I have already left a review ! I do not like the shirt . But I guess I should have read what material it was before ordering . Polyester does not make a nice comfortable shirt . Especially in the summer . Please consider cotton .

GBProducts are nice but customer service… Products are nice but customer service is non existent. They don't respond in a timely manner or at all. They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.

GBAlthough this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Bought a Christmas ornament and not only did it arrive late after waiting weeks for it, but it’s the cheapest ornament I have ever seen in my life. Super small, cheap plastic, and the worst part is the name was printed backwards!! Definitely not at all worth the $20 I paid for it. I have tried e-mailing costumer service several times now and haven’t gotten a response. I think they blocked my email now because they aren’t going through. HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
