Order of Eastern Star cup I ordered a personalized cup for a friend on December 22nd, she received the item on January 12th and loved it at 1st sight. Talked of the compartment of the lid to cool her coffee. Tracking wasn't ideal. Thank you Saniede shop.

Top notch product and service The product is top notch and my friend loves the cup. Ordering and delivery was wonderful. Received updates throughout the process. Highly recommend when you are looking for a special personalized gift.

Big time disappointment! I purchased a tumbler and I was very disappointed with it. It looked nothing like the website pictures. I tried to return it but I would had to pay 6 times more than what I paid for the item itself because I had to pay for extra shipping due to it being from over seas. I reached out to Saniede Shop but they refused to refund me, they offered to give me a 15% off of the next purchase as if I would want to go thru the same with another of their items.

False advertising! False advertising!! Their website says “100% satisfaction guarantee”. In less than a month the coffee mug lid cracked in multiple places. The company would not send a replacement lid. Terrible customer service. Many of the positive reviews are fraudulent because the review says the product was for someone else.
