GBMy granddaughter loved the oboe tumbler… My granddaughter loved the oboe tumbler and it made a great surprise birthday gift for her. But I was not happy with the way my order was handled. It took sometime for the gift to arrive and the billing of it was very confusing. At least customer service did get back to me and explain some of the problems I was having.

GBFalse advertising! False advertising!! Their website says “100% satisfaction guarantee”. In less than a month the coffee mug lid cracked in multiple places. The company would not send a replacement lid. Terrible customer service. Many of the positive reviews are fraudulent because the review says the product was for someone else.

GBProducts are nice but customer service… Products are nice but customer service is non existent. They don't respond in a timely manner or at all. They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.

GBAlthough this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.

GBVery disappointed with the purchase I… Very disappointed with the purchase I made. Took way longer than anything else I ordered from other companies and the personalized name is horrible quality. When I contacted them, they didn't offer a new cup being sent but gave me a 15% refund. That didn't do much as the item was a gift that I wouldn't give so its worthless. Won't order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone
