I neber received my Omega Psi Phi… I neber received my Omega Psi Phi tumbler order. I inquired by email several times about it because i was trying to get by timeframe indicated i would receive it. Never did. I paid for tumbler and never got money back. I do not plan on ordering anything else from Saniede.

The perfect gift My granddaughter loves VW vans, and the VW van water bottle is the perfect gift, especially with the personalized license plate. She loves it and uses it as her soccer water bottle. Great gift.

My granddaughter loved the oboe tumbler… My granddaughter loved the oboe tumbler and it made a great surprise birthday gift for her. But I was not happy with the way my order was handled. It took sometime for the gift to arrive and the billing of it was very confusing. At least customer service did get back to me and explain some of the problems I was having.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Bought a Christmas ornament and not only did it arrive late after waiting weeks for it, but it’s the cheapest ornament I have ever seen in my life. Super small, cheap plastic, and the worst part is the name was printed backwards!! Definitely not at all worth the $20 I paid for it. I have tried e-mailing costumer service several times now and haven’t gotten a response. I think they blocked my email now because they aren’t going through. HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Although this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.
