GBPoor Customer Service I have been sending emails to their customer service for about 3 months now and no response! I received a tumbler from my son and daughter -in-law, I love it, but part of the lid broke, I just want a replacement, I'll even pay, but as long as its been it should be free!

GBVery disappointed with the purchase I… Very disappointed with the purchase I made. Took way longer than anything else I ordered from other companies and the personalized name is horrible quality. When I contacted them, they didn't offer a new cup being sent but gave me a 15% refund. That didn't do much as the item was a gift that I wouldn't give so its worthless. Won't order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone

GBAlthough this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.

GBI neber received my Omega Psi Phi… I neber received my Omega Psi Phi tumbler order. I inquired by email several times about it because i was trying to get by timeframe indicated i would receive it. Never did. I paid for tumbler and never got money back. I do not plan on ordering anything else from Saniede.
