GBMy granddaughter loved the oboe tumbler… My granddaughter loved the oboe tumbler and it made a great surprise birthday gift for her. But I was not happy with the way my order was handled. It took sometime for the gift to arrive and the billing of it was very confusing. At least customer service did get back to me and explain some of the problems I was having.

GBI ordered a tumbler way before … I ordered a tumbler way before christmas and here we are January 11th and I still haven't got it , I asked for my money back and they are avoiding me nothing has left their building their package tracking is a lie. And they keep telling me the same thing to check the tracking number.

GBBuyer Beware! Item ordered on Dec 1st with expected shipping receipt within 5-10 days as stated. Here it is Dec 24th and tracking info provided is unclear. It may be in the States, or not. Never order from this place. They use absurd shipping methods and partners in this modern time. Requested full refund and no response yet.

GBAlthough this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.
