Poor Customer Service I have been sending emails to their customer service for about 3 months now and no response! I received a tumbler from my son and daughter -in-law, I love it, but part of the lid broke, I just want a replacement, I'll even pay, but as long as its been it should be free!

When I contacted them, they didn't offer a new cup being sent but gave me a 15% refund. That didn't do much as the item was a gift that I wouldn't give so its worthless. Won't order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone

I neber received my Omega Psi Phi… I neber received my Omega Psi Phi tumbler order. I inquired by email several times about it because i was trying to get by timeframe indicated i would receive it. Never did. I paid for tumbler and never got money back. I do not plan on ordering anything else from Saniede.
