No Product, Unresponsive Customer Service Completely nonresponsive after more than a week of delivery listing as 'waiting to be shipped' on the tracking number after getting emailed that it was already on the way. No sign of product, no response to emails or web forms, disappointing void of customer service.

I paid over a week ago and though it… I paid over a week ago and though it shows shipping it has been awaiting pickup for over a week now. I wouldn’t order directly thru them again. Amazon had three day delivery, I should have bought thru them… as to item I can’t tell because I am still waiting for it to arrive
