GBMade a bad situation right Had a shipping nightmare. Springs were taking much longer than they originally said. They communicated through every step. They ended up sending me the springs for free. I expected maybe a discount or and upgrade on springs. I think they did best possible job in a tough situation. I appreciate the communication and the refund and the free springs. Major props.

GBAfter agreeing to cancel order they charged me for it and shipped it anyway I placed an order on garagedoornation.com at 9:30PM Nov. 19, 2018 for a torsion spring kit. The next morning I changed my mind and decided to have a local company fix the door. So I called Garage Door Nation and talked to Johnny, explained that I wanted to cancel the order and asked him to do so. He agreed to cancel it and said I should receive the credit in a few days. I then found a local company who came out that afternoon and fixed the door. The next morning I got an email from Garage Door Nation that the order had been shipped. I immediately called and talked to Johnny again and asked him why they had shipped the order after he had agreed to cancel it. He wouldn't let me talk and then abruptly told me he had other customers waiting and hung up. Obviously I am not a happy customer. By the way, the local company charged me a total of $259 installed with extra long life springs. I paid $179 for the spring kit from Garage Door Nation, so it would have only saved $80 for me to do the work myself, not hundreds like they claim.

GBExcellent service and safe instructions make all the difference! Like many home-owners I called a local service company the first time my garage door failed. It did not take too long before it failed again, and I was looking at my second set of a broken torsion spring. Using the resources made available by Garage Door Nation I learned that I never had a well balanced door in the past. I followed the safety and installation videos and instructions to a T, and was able to easily convert to a two spring system with a perfectly balanced door. My garage door is extra wide, extra tall, insulated and heavy, and I am now upgrading my door with 7" rollers.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE: TRAGIC LACK OF INTEGRITY WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - NO RETURNS AND THEY STUCK ME FOR $120 WITH THE WRONG SPRINGS I have a 7' two car garage with two different springs that work fine but time to change; a 24" & 30" long both 2" and 0.243 wire. GDN's online calculator claimed that two 35" long of .250 x 1.75" were equivalent at $120 to me. Arrived but when installed they were far too strong and now I need to buy the proper set. DO NOT BUY FROM A MANUFACTURER THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT

GBExtension to Torsion springs I was have wanted to swap my extension springs over to torsion springs for a few years now, but was a bit hesitant to do it myself until I found Garage Door Nation. I watched several of their videos online and got comfortable with the process. When I went to place the order, the owner contacted me directly and helped make sure I got everything I needed for the weight of my door. He was super knowledgeable and the pricing was more than fair. Shipping was also much faster than I was anticipating. I would not consider going elsewhere for garage for parts.
