Operating under several different names, Garage Door and Gate Services, Garage Door Nation etc, this company does not follow through on their promises and does not provide the product paid for I hope that this review is for the right company. It is difficult to determine for sure because they use so many different company names and email addresses that it's just about impossible to figure out the actual name of the company (which I am quite sure is by design). On the invoice and in various communications they are listed as "Garage Door and Gate Services" "garagedoorandgaterepairok @ gmail.com", "Garage Door Nation", and "Cali Garage Repair" and use several different phone numbers including 888-676-2896, 662-767-7811, and 805-886-5043 We had a gate keypad that worked but was sometimes temperamental so we contacted this company to replace it. Nick sold us a new post and keypad system for $1250 and told us that two remote controls were included with the sale, The installer (Wilber) came to do the replacement on November 8, 2022 and we asked him when he finished the work if he had the remote controls. He said that he did not have them with him but would have someone contact us. We never heard anything back so on November 16 we contacted Nick, the original salesperson with the following texts "Hi Nick, we are happy with the gate replacement. You had said you could get us a few remote controllers. We would really appreciate that when you have time." He responded "Hey, how many do you need?' and we said "Two would be great". Nick never brought us our controllers and over the next 6 months we continued to contact him about them, but our texts were never acknowledged. Without the gate remotes we can not close the gate because to leave the driveway we can not reach the keypad to open it. So. for all intents and purposes we no longer have a usable gate on our property. We called the main company line after months and months of no repsonse from Nick and someone (Amir Osipenko?) claiming to be the owner called us back. He said that no remotes were included in the $1250 install and unless we could show where they were on the invoice he would not be providing them. We told him that we had direct communication from his salesman both before and after the install that remotes were included, but he claims that Nick no longer works there. Whether or not Nick still works there, this man was calling us from "Nick's" phone and could easily see the text messages between us himself. He was rude and condescending, insisting that unless we could show remotes on the invoice that we were not due them and then he hung up on us. Prior to them coming we had a gate that worked perfectly well with the existing remotes we had, but the keypad did not work very well and the code had to be entered several times for it to work. Now we have spent $1250 for a box and keypad that makes our gate completely unusable. This company is a scam and does not follow through on the promises made by their own employees IN WRITING. The very fact that they apparently operate under 4 different company names should scare off anyone considering using them immediately.

I wish I would have seen these reviews first I wish I would have searched these reviews before ordering. I ordered from them because they were the only place that advertised converting from one spring to two, which is what I wanted to do. They had me send pictures and measurements. I even weighed the door. The kit came but the springs were not correct. They didn't even have the end cones on them! Who sends out garage door springs without the cones? Useless. Now, as with others have stated, they will not return my calls, emails or text messages. I ended up buying a single spring from elsewhere. So, I got a couple bearings and a couple cables along with two useless springs for $150. Plus, I had to spend another $75 on the single spring. I will not be recommending these guys to anyone.

Saved $$ thanks to GarageDoorNation and … Saved $$ thanks to GarageDoorNation and I couldnt be happier with the service they provided. I have changed more than a few garage door torsion springs in my lifetime, so I know the difference in quality. You certainly get what you pay for! And with Garage Door Nation, I can say with 100% trust that these are the highest quality parts on the web. Anyone leaving a bad review must be a competitor. I even returned the ones from Amazon as I found out they were illegally using GarageDoorNation's name and were bad parts. My tip is to make sure you are ordering from garagedoornation's official website only.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE: TRAGIC LACK OF INTEGRITY WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - NO RETURNS AND THEY STUCK ME FOR $120 WITH THE WRONG SPRINGS I have a 7' two car garage with two different springs that work fine but time to change; a 24" & 30" long both 2" and 0.243 wire. GDN's online calculator claimed that two 35" long of .250 x 1.75" were equivalent at $120 to me. Arrived but when installed they were far too strong and now I need to buy the proper set. DO NOT BUY FROM A MANUFACTURER THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT

Lack of character and integrity I decided to buy my spring from here in spite of the fact that they were about 50% more expensive than other sites. I thought they were a company that operated with integrity but I was wrong. They did not send my full order and won't answer the phone nor return emails. In other words they are thieves. They stole my money.
